Ich bin seit heute früh im Berufsbildungzentrum in Hildesheim auf der Überbetrieblichen Unterweisung. Insgesamt muss ich bis zu meiner Abschlussprüfung zwei dieser Fortbildungen absolvieren.
In der jetzigen Fortbildung wird das Zerlegen der Schweinehälften behandelt und vereinzelte Wurstsorten jeder Kategorie: Brühwurst, Kochwurst und Rohwurst.
Und jetzt am Abend wird mir Billiard beigebracht, da die Schule relativ dezentral liegt.
Muss schon feststellen, dass die eigenen Kugeln zu treffen gar nicht so leicht ist.
Billiard
I am since today in the morning at the vocational training centre at Hildesheim. I have to participate at two training courses there until my final exams.
In the following week we focus on pork and the three main sausage categories: boiled sausage, cooked sausage and raw sausage.
And in the evening I am taught how to play billiard, because the school is not central. I have never been playing that and I have to notice it’s not easy to hit the right billiard balls.
