Heute war wieder ein Treffen des Teams in der Fleischerschule in Augsburg.
Los ging’s mit dem Teamfotoshooting in einheitlich schwarzem Shirt und einer blauen Hose.
Danach haben sich die Kategorien Apprentice und Young Butcher je einer side of pork gewidmet während das Hauptteam Gruppen- und Einzelfotos gemacht hat.
Sobald das erledigt war ging’s dann auch für mich, die anderen Azubis und Young Butcher zum Einzelshooting.
Das Haupteam hat währenddessen ein halbes Schwein zerlegt und sich Gedanken über Produkte gemacht.
Für mich geht’s jetzt wieder mit neuen Ideen zurück nach Hannover und morgen in die Berufsschule.
Samstag früh geht’s dann nach Hause und ich kann einige Ideen in die Tat umsetzen.

Today we have had again a meeting of the whole team in the butcher school in Augsburg.
For the start we had a team photo shoot in a black shirt and blue jeans.
Apprentice and young butcher went on after this to create products of a side of pork.
In the meanwhile photos of the main team were taken.
As soon as they were finished it was time for me, the other apprentices and the young butchers to go to the shooting of our single photos.
The main team prepared in this time a half pork an wrote down their product ideas.
I am going now back to Hannover with lots of ideas in my mind.
On Saturday early morning I take a train back home and can implement some of these ideas.
