Letzte Woche bin ich ja ins Butcher Wolf Pack (= Team des Fleischerhandwerks für die Weltmeisterschaft 2020 in Sacramento) aufgenommen worden und dafür stehen einige Trainingseinheiten an, zu denen ich gehen muss. Dort werden Vorgehensweisen, Produkte und vieles mehr besprochen und geübt.
Anfang der Woche habe ich bereits mit meinem Chef: Carsten Scheller darüber gesprochen und gefragt wie wir das regeln und heute mit der Berufsschule, da zwei Trainings an einem Schultag sind.
Sowohl mein Chef, als auch die Schule sind damit einverstanden, dass ich an den Tagen nicht erscheine. Selbstverständlich werde ich den Unterrichtsstoff Zuhause nachholen.
Ich freue mich sehr, dass das so problemlos lief und mich mein Chef unterstützt – Dankeschön, an alle die mir das ermöglichen.

I got into the Butcher Wolf Pack (= team for the butcher world cup 2020 in Sacramento) last week and therefore there are some trainings to go to. On these we are getting to know methods, products and practise.
I have talked at the beginning of the week with my boss: Carsten Scheller to figure out how we are organising it. And today I have talked with my school, because two of the trainings are on school days.
My boss and the school as well are okay with me not going to school on these days. I am going to catch up at home what my class did at school.
I am so happy everything went without problems and my boss supports me – thanks to everybody who makes it possible for me.
