Gestern und Heute war das Butcher Wolf Pack auf Tour. Diesmal auf in den Norden. Dort haben wir im Kalieber Stützpunkt trainiert.
Gestern Abend gab’s zum Abendessen erstmal mit Whiskey gespritztes Spanferkel. Das war richtig lecker.
Und heute haben wir uns dann der Produktherstellung gewidmet. Vor Ort waren auch einige Kamerateams und Reporter, die das ganze begleitet haben. Das RTL hat beispielsweise einen Beitrag für RTL Nord gedreht und die Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung verfasst ein Portrait über mich.

Das Hauptteam hat einmal das komplette Programm gemacht, also Schwein, Rind Lamm und Hähnchen.
Und ich habe Lamm und Rind zerlegt und meine Produkte gefertigt, da ich da mehr Übungsbedarf habe.
Zum trainieren haben wir zwei Räume von Schulte – Lastruper Wurstwaren zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen.
Dankeschön an alle die das so super organisiert haben, die Reise hat sich gelohnt.
5th Training: Butcher Wolf Pack in Lastrup
The Butcher Wolf Pack was on today and yesterday on tour. This time im the North. We had a training session at the Kalieber Stützpunkt.
For dinner we had a delicous whiskey cured suckling pig.
And today we were producing our products. But not only we have been there, there were some camera teams and reporters as well. RTL was filming for a programme on RTL North and the newspaper: Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung is writing a portrait over me.

The team was working the whole programme through, means pig, beef, lamb and chicken.
And I boned lamb and beef and produced my products, cause in my opinion I have to train my skills in these meat cuts more.
For our training we got two rooms of Schulte -Lastruper Wurstwaren.
Thanks again to everybody taking part on organizing all, it was worth the journey.
