Am Wochenende habe ich für meine Ausbildung dazu gelernt. Ich war nämlich auf der Evenord-Messe in Nürnberg und habe dort in der Wurst-Schauproduktion geholfen.
Doch warum bin ich überhaupt mit dorthin?
Mein Opa: Willy Böbel hat mir dort gezeigt wie er Weißwurst, Leberkäse und Wiener kuttert.
Dort habe ich sehr viel gelernt, vor allem da ich das Brät auch selbst herstellen durfte unter seiner Aufsicht.
Im Gegensatz zu dem was ich in der Schule lerne, schaut mein Opa aber nicht auf die Temperaturen um festzustellen, dass er Eis zugeben muss sondern fühlt die Konsistenz.
Außerdem hat er alle drei Brät Sorten nach dem All-in-Verfahren hergestellt.
Wenn es sich wieder ergibt, werde ich mir noch mehr von ihm zeigen lassen, da das echt lehrreich war.
Evenord Messe 2019
I have been learning a lot for my apprenticeship at the weekend. I was at the Evenord-Exhibition in Nuremberg and helped in the glass sausage production.
But why have I been there?
My grandpa: Willy Böbel showed me there how he is producing Weißwurst, Leberkäse and Wiener.
He tought me a lot there and I got to make the sausage meat on my own in the bowl cutter and he gave me instructions.
My granddad is not looking at the temperature scale to know if he has to add ice in contrary to what I am learning at school. He knows it by touching the consistence.
Furthermore he produced all different kinds of sausage meat during using the all-in-method.
It was very educational and I will definitely take the chance again to get to know all the secrets of him.
