Gerade eben nach Hause gekommen und die afz (Allgemeine Fleischer Zeitung) bei mir auf dem Schreibtisch entdeckt. Beim durchblättern habe ich folgendes Zitat von mir entdeckt: “Man lernt mehr, wenn man nicht zu Hause ist“.
Das Zitat stand vor einigen Wochen in einem Zeitungsbericht der haz (Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung) über meine Berufsausbildung: Metzgerlehre und Lebensmittelmanagement.
Warum lernt man mehr? Es werden einige Produkte in Hannover hergestellt die ich so nicht kenne und auch die Ausrichtung des Betriebs ist anders: Partyservice statt Onlineshop. Außerdem wohne ich in einer anderen Stadt und muss meinen Alltag allein managen: das Essen steht nicht auf dem Tisch wenn man nach Hause kommt, die Wäsche muss gewaschen, die Wohnung geputzt werden,…

This quote is from an article in the haz (a general newspaper in Hannover). I have talked a few weeks ago with a journalist from this newspaper about my apprenticeship and university.
Why are you learning more? They are producing in the butcher shop I am doing my apprenticeship different products as at home and they are focused on caterings instead of the online shop.
