In den nächsten drei Wochen habe ich endlich mal wieder Präsenzpflicht am Campus Triesdorf. Leider nur, um dort meine Prüfungen unter strengsten Hygienevorschriften abzulegen.
Zwei Prüfungen sind bereits abgehakt: Marktlehre und Marktpolitik, sowie mein Wahlpflichtfach Grundlagen der Ernährungsphysiologie.
Es folgen noch folgende:
- Verfahrenstechnik pflanzliche Lebensmittel
- Verfahrenstechnik tierische Lebensmittel
- Produktionsökonomie
- Lebensmittel und Gesundheit
- Lebensmittel und Handelsklassenrecht
Lebensmittel und Handelsklassenrecht wird mündlich stattfinden. Ich bin schon gespannt wie so eine mündliche Prüfung ablaufen wird, da das meine erste an der Hochschule sein wird.
Danach geht es im 4. Semester voraussichtlich wieder mit reiner Online-Lehre weiter. Ich hoffe aber, dass meine Laborpraktika in irgendeiner Art und Weise stattfinden können.
Bereits im 2. Semester habe ich die Laborpraktika in der Biologie nämlich verpasst und diese konnten auch nicht mehr nachgeholt werden.
Uns wird zwar immer gesagt, dass wir von den Studieninhalten nicht viel verpassen – aber ich habe das Gefühl, dass man vor allem die praktische Anwendung verpasst. Auch der Dialog zwischen den Studierenden und den Dozenten fehlt durch die Online-Vorlesungen weitgehend. Schauen wir mal wie es weiter geht im März…
Finally attendance time again
I have attendance time at my university in Triesdorf the next three weeks. Unfortunately only to write my exams under strict hygienic rules.
I wrote two exams already: market policy and basics of nutrition physiology, that’s my elective subject.
The other exams are going to be:
- technology of plant-based food
- technology of animal-based food
- production economy
- food and health
- food law and law of animal grades
The last exam of this list is going to be oral. I am curious already how an oral exam takes place, because it’s my first at university.
The 4th semester is planned to be only online via Zoom-Meetings again. I really hope the practical lessons at the laboratory can take place somehow. Because the practical lessons in 2nd semester couldn’t take place and it seems to be impossible to catch up on them.
The profs tell us always we do not miss study content – but I think we miss especially the practical relevance. And the contact to the other students and the profs is in Zoom-Meetings not like in lectures at the university. But let’s see how it goes on in March…
