Nicht nur Mathematik, Englisch, Fachtheorie, Politik und Deutsch stehen auf dem Stundenplan in der Berufsschule, sondern eben auch Fachpraxis.
Doch was macht man in Fachpraxis?
Wir haben uns seit Beginn des Schuljahres mit dem Thema Fingerfood beschäftigt und einige Gerichte hergestellt: Wassermelone mit Couscous-Salat gefüllt, Auberginenröllchen, Flammkuchen, Hackbällchen mit Erdnüssen und Chutney.
Wie in jedem Fach werden dort natürlich auch Noten gemacht. Dafür sollten wir im Team ein Fingerfood unserer Wahl für fünf Personen herstellen und anrichten. Für meinen Teampartner war klar – entweder die Melone (Bild unten) oder die Hackbällchen (Bild oben) machen. Letztendlich haben wir uns dann auf Grund der vorhandenen Materialien für zweiteres entschieden.
Bei der Bewertung wurde vor allem auf die angemessene Erfüllung der Aufgabe, die Präsentation, den Geschmack und die Teamarbeit geachtet – uns ist das alles sehr gut gelungen.
Vocational practice
We are not only having mathematics, English, vocational theory, politics and German on our timetable at vocational school, we have vocational practice as well.
But what are we doing in vocational practice?
We followed up with finger food since the beginning of this school year and cooked different dishes: watermelon filled with couscous salad, eggplant rolls, Flammkuchen (it’s a tart with onions and bacon), meatballs with peanuts and chutney.
Like in every other subject you have to get marks. We were building teams for this and had to prepare finger food of our choice for five people. It was clear for my partner and me – either melon (bottom picture) or meatballs (top picture).
We made the meatballs, because of the available ingredients. For the valuation our teacher looked if the exercise is fulfilled, if the presentation is good, if it’s tasty and if we worked as a team together – we did all very good.
