Seit zwei Wochen ist es sehr ruhig in der Metzgerei Böbel, weil Betriebsurlaub ist.
Ab und an ist das beruhigende Geräusch der Kühlmaschinen zu hören. Alle anderen Maschinen, wie Fleischwolf, Kutter, Füllmaschine und Rauchanlage stehen jedoch still. Die Theke ist leer und auch keine Stimmen sind zu vernehmen. So ruhig ist es sonst nie.
Normalerweise herrscht immer reges Treiben – Wurst wird produziert, Kunden werden bedient, Bestellungen werden hergerichtet. Langweilig ist es also nie, es ist immer was los oder es wird zusammen beim Essen über lustige Geschichten gelacht.
Aber so ganz alleine in der Metzgerei ist es viel zu ruhig. Wird Zeit, dass der Betriebsurlaub endlich vorbei ist! Am Dienstag ist es endlich so weit.
Julia alone at the butcher shop
It´s very calm at the butcher shop Böbel since two weeks, because it´s closed due to company vacation.
Now and then the calming sound of the refrigerators can be listened. All other machines, like mincer, bowl cutter, filling machine and smoke are silent. The counter is empty, and no voices can be heard.
It´s never that calm. Usually there is a lively ambience – sausages are produced, customers are served, orders get prepared. So, it´s never boring, there´s always something up and there are laughter’s about funny stories told at lunch.
But completely alone at the butcher shop it´s way to calm. It´s about time for the company vacation to be over! Only two days until the shop is open again.
