Heute früh beim Blick auf’s Handy wurde meine Vermutung, dass die World Butchers‘ Challenge auch im August 2021 nicht stattfinden wird offiziell bestätigt.
Aufgegeben wird aber deshalb trotzdem nicht, ich will da unbedingt mit dem Butcher Wolfpack teilnehmen. Wir haben uns jetzt schon solange intensiv darauf vorbereitet und werden auch die Zeit die uns die Verschiebung bringt weiter nutzen, um unser Programm zu perfektionieren.
Ich freue mich auf jeden Fall darauf teilzunehmen und die anderen Teams kennenzulernen – auch wenn noch kein neuer Termin feststeht. Sobald Reisen wieder sicherer und vor allem planbarer ist wird bestimmt ein Termin festgelegt und Vorfreude ist ja bekanntlich die schönste Freude.
Anticipation is the greatest joy
My guess was right – the World Butchers’ Challenge in august 2021 got cancelled officially.
I won’t give up. I want to take part with the Butcher Wolfpack, whenever a new date is set again. We were training a lot for this Challenge and are going to use the time we got through postponing effectively to work on our presentation.
I am happy to be able to take part at it and meet the other teams – even though a new date isn’t set yet. I am sure as soon as travelling becomes safer and more predictable again a new date gets determined and as you know anticipation is the greatest joy.
