„Quarks: Wurst – aber richtig!“. Eine ganze Sendung zum Thema Wurst.
Folgende Fragestellungen werden im Verlauf der Folge beantwortet:
- Wie erkenne ich qualitativ hochwertige Wurst?
- Ist Wurst eine Gefahr für die Gesundheit?
- Wie könnte Wurst der Zukunft aussehen?
Neugierig auf die Antworten?! Ich schon, deswegen schalte ich auch heute: 13.10.2020 um 21:00 Uhr den Fernseher an – dort läuft nämlich „Quarks“ im WDR.
Einen Teil des Drehs habe ich sogar selbst live miterlebt, als ich zwei Mitglieder der Nationalmannschaft des Fleischerhandwerks als Azubi begleiten durfte – den Bericht dazu könnt ihr hier nachlesen.
